RECEIVING BRIEF

The brief is the most important bit of information issued by a client. This is the period where we learn about our client’s organization, needs and wants. It’s from the brief that everything else flows.
DESIGN MAKING

With a team of professional, creative and trained designers, we will initiate the design process according to client’s brief.
COSTING PROPOSAL

A detailed cost breakdown is submitted to our client for assessment and approval.
REVISION

A revision constitutes a change or variation to an initially presented or in-progress design concept. We believe that iteration is important in the design process and although not every design requires revision, often it can produce a tighter, more unique design in the end.
SAMPLE APPROVAL

We provide our clients with sample of materials to review and determine which one is perfect for them. We make sure that the materials meet our client’s requirement.
GOVERNMENT / ORGANIZATION APPROVAL

We take all of this stress away from our clients by obtaining all the required permits from the government authorities.
MOCK-UP

A mock-up is a full sized model of a design. By looking at the mock-up, we give our clients a good idea of how the final product will look like. We ensure that the stand will meet our client’s vision.
FINAL BUILD UP

We provide our clients with supervised labor crew at final buildup. Our team of installation specialists are equipped with all of the necessary tools and equipment to provide the most efficient setup.
MAINTENANCE

Overseeing maintenance of the stand for the whole duration of the event is part of the value package we provide our clients with.
DISMANTLING

With years of experience in exhibitions, we make sure that your stand is carefully dismantled, wrapped and packed ready for storage. This will save you time and money after every single show.
STORAGE

If you don’t have any room for storage, then rent a space in our warehouse. We offer quality storage and ensure that your exhibition stand is always ready to be pulled out of storage for the next exhibition show. Our costs are competitive upon the size of your stand and the amount of storage required.
